We got it to work.... Use the forward no answer (2 rings) to a group, removed all members from this group and play MoH on the overflow.... on each phone a pickup button has been created for that group so it can be picked up from any phone... that was so simple :-|

I open up I case with Avaya and telcodog was right.... I got the answer There is no way this phone can be downgrade... once you are at C8L.... you can only go up, downgrade is no longer allowed. So if you have a BCM400 4.0 or 3.7, 3.6 or a BCM50 R1, R2 & R3 the newer firwmare can not be used...

Found the problem, I had to enable the DHCP server on the BCM and specify the WLAN SVP address.

Sure... I tried that... files gets uploaded then it says fw writing ..... failed and it shows incompatible fw blocked Is it possible that C8L is blocking downgrade... I even tried to revert it back to SIP 4.3 which worked fine, then tried unistim C6L but the SIP version gives me the same error...
