Is there a lockout fuction in the FastRad that does not allow a connection if an incorrect passcode is entered 3 times? If yes (as I expect) does anyone know the length of time for the reset? Also, is there any way around this, perhaps a reset?

I agree. I have asked him to log his access to the vmail system. I will compare to CDR and see the results. I expect as you, user error.
