Number Dialed Is Not Number Ringing

I received a call from one of our departments that have a MICS and they are experiencing a strange problem. They have 2 numbers assigned to their specific department. Occassionally, when call comes into the numbers, it is being routed to a third number in an unrelated department in the same system. They do not share numbers, it appears that there is not forwarding programmed, the lines are not being forwarded before hitting the system. I am looking for any suggestions on places to look. I have access to the system via remote connection. Any help would be great.

check the prime line on the trunk if this dose not fix it make the ext busy that are to ring and go to the phone that is ringing and the system will tell you if it is being fwd

Problem solved. A user with one of the assigned lines has been forwarding the calls via centrex for coverage.
