Thanks for all the help... yeah, the conditions are complicated but it shouldn't be that hard to get consisitent rules for the programming. In the help, it says to set the week planners to OR but that's simply not the case. I deleted everything and started over adding them one at a time so far...

nope. still evaluates as TRUE with it set to AND

if I change the planner to AND it evaluates as FALSE, but per my understanding this would mean M 04:30-07:30 AND T 04:30-07:00 AND etc... which would be the imaginary time loop that everyone is always pointing out so it will never evaluate as TRUE.
