Seen other threads on the subject but none seem to help...
Here are my conditions:
M-FAM
+Weekplanner set to OR M-F 04:30-06:59
M-FDAY
+Weekplanner set to OR M-F 07:30-16:29
M-THPM
+Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 16:30-23:59
+Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 00:00 - 04:29
Weekend
+Weekplanner set to OR F 16:30-11:59
+Weekplanner set to OR Sat, Sun 00:00-11:59
+Weekplanner set to OR M 00:00-04:29

I have a module (AA) setup with a start that then tests the first condition. If true, goes to one extension. If false, goes to the next condition, etc...

Whichever condition I put first always evaluates as true...

I have no idea what I am doing wrong!

Thanks for any help.

change to an AND condition for each of the conditions or do you incorporate them all into one condition?

FHandw., ACS (downgraded again)

insanity is just a state of mind

I have each weekplanner set to OR because of the vmail pro examples but I can try it another way.

Each one is a condition at the M-FAM (example) level and then the +Week Planner underneath it. For example-
M-FAM (condition)
+OR Weekplanner set to OR M-F 04:30-06:59 (week planner w/m,t,w,th,f checked with hours 4:30 to 6:59)

another separate condition would be:
M-THPM (condition)
+OR Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 16:30-23:59 (wk pnr w/m,t,w,th checked w/hours)
+OR Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 00:00 - 04:29 (wk plnr w/m,t,w,th checked w/hours)

I changed the condition weekplanners to AND where there is only a single weekplanner in a condition and left the others as OR when there are multiple weekplanners in the condition and it is working for the current time. I will keep testing
New Conditions-
M-FAM
+ AND Weekplanner set to OR M-F 04:30-06:59
M-FDAY
+ AND Weekplanner set to OR M-F 07:30-16:29
M-THPM
+ OR Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 16:30-23:59
+ OR Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 00:00 - 04:29
Weekend
+ OR Weekplanner set to OR F 16:30-11:59
+ OR Weekplanner set to OR Sat, Sun 00:00-11:59
+ OR Weekplanner set to OR M 00:00-04:29

No, that config doesn't work either.

It returns false on the AND weekplanners.

What OS do you use and what version ?

I am doing my programming on Windows 7 vmail pro client 4.1(36).

The vmail server is Windows XP sp2 w/4.1 vmail pro.

That is your problem.
W7 does not work with 5.0.8 and lower.
Have experienced the same problem with the conditions.
You need to upgrade to at least 5.0.15 or 18 to get VMPro working well on a W7 system.

So, I should redo the programming on the vmail server using the 4.1 client that's installed on it?

For now you could do that but do nto use remote desktop !!!
Download the 5.0.18 vmpro CD

Then install the client only on your W7 pc.

For me 5.0.8 did not work and vmpro on W7 is official supported by Avaya with version 5.0.15

I was told not to use the newer client if my vmail server was still on 4.1.

I will reprogram with the client that's installed on the vmail server. I can go direct to its console so I don't have to use rdp...

Not on site right now but I will do this first thing when I get there and post the results.

You could upgrade the whole lot if you are onsite :)

Nope- still defaults to the first condition as true.

I deleted everything using the 4.2 client on Windows xp.
recreated module called Afterhours
recreated the four conditions
each condition's weekplanners are set to OR
set up module so start point goes to test condition 1.
if true assisted transfer...
if false, go to test condition 2
etc...
save and make live
set the incoming call route for that line in Manager to VM:Afterhours
save and merge

still test first condition as true (m-f 4:30 am - 7am) when time on vmail server is 8:30AM.

Any other ideas?

Switch true and false and see what happens.

I set it up so that I have one condition now- M-F 04:30 - 07:00. (set up as OR)
If true, then call extension 1
if false, then call extension 2
Right now the vmail server time is 9:20

I call and it evaluates as true and calls extension 1.

if I change the planner to AND it evaluates as FALSE, but per my understanding this would mean M 04:30-07:30 AND T 04:30-07:00 AND etc... which would be the imaginary time loop that everyone is always pointing out so it will never evaluate as TRUE.

nope. still evaluates as TRUE with it set to AND

Start with a simple condition and test that.
If that works add another one and so on and on.

Your conditions are not very simple, you make them too complicated.
