Seen other threads on the subject but none seem to help...
Here are my conditions:
M-FAM
+Weekplanner set to OR M-F 04:30-06:59
M-FDAY
+Weekplanner set to OR M-F 07:30-16:29
M-THPM
+Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 16:30-23:59
+Weekplanner set to OR M-TH 00:00 - 04:29
Weekend
+Weekplanner set to OR F 16:30-11:59
+Weekplanner set to OR Sat, Sun 00:00-11:59
+Weekplanner set to OR M 00:00-04:29

I have a module (AA) setup with a start that then tests the first condition. If true, goes to one extension. If false, goes to the next condition, etc...

Whichever condition I put first always evaluates as true...

I have no idea what I am doing wrong!

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for all the help... yeah, the conditions are complicated but it shouldn't be that hard to get consisitent rules for the programming.

In the help, it says to set the week planners to OR but that's simply not the case.

I deleted everything and started over adding them one at a time so far and it seems to work.

I think part of the problem is that when you change a condition in the condition editor, it doesn't pick up on it in the programming. For example, if I edit the condition in order to test a time period, if I don't delete and recreate the condition testing in the callflow programming then it remains the old conditions.

TomMills - yeah that confuses me too!

Yes these are live, but I am the only one utilizing it right now so I don't that would interfere.

I had it working with 2 conditions both using AND for their indiv weekly planners.Like so:
Test M-F 4:30-7:00
TRUE--> call extension 1
FALSE-->test M-F 7:01-16:30
TRUE--> call extension 2
FALSE--> call extension 3

This was working and evaluating true for the second condition M-F 7:01-16:30.

I added another condition to test M-F 16:30-23:59 and now disconnects. I deleted the recently added condition for after 16:30 and now it evaluates false for the two original conditions.
GRRR!!!!

You have two times a 16:30 in it!
Make the second one 16:31
I guess it si testing 16:30 and then seeing another 16:30 which confuses the system and then nto working properly.

sorry, third condition was 16:31 - 23:59 (not duplicating the 16:30 from the second condition)

In your start post i see AM and PM but also use 24 hours times :)

As an european i do not like the AM and PM so i think you better program it in 24H or 12H but not both :)

in the programming I am using all 24 hour- I think you have to because the schedules don't allow for 12h.

I was using the am/pm merely for those of us in the states to clarify that when I was typing 07:00 that I did mean in the morning.

I assure you that all times are programmed in 24h

Oke, but i am having a huge headache so i ca hardly follow your times but otherwise i would have build them for you.
It can not be that hard to build!

But i would first check if it is a weekend or not.
Then i would check if it is night or out of office times
Then i would check if it is morning or evening.
Then i would check other strange hours.

Think so too.
Perhaps you better upgrade it then too.

Yes, I will do so. Until then... calls in the middle of the night...

If you are using Remote Desktop that would explain the corruption, also you can NEVER use AND in week planners as it can never be two days at once (i.e Monday and Tuesay) so you will always get a False result, if it was working as you claim with an AND in the week planner your call flows were already corrupted :)

Did an upgrade r5 this weekend, uninstalled vmailpro and reinstalled r5.

I recreated everything else (AA, callbacks, etc...) and then got to this one. Seems to be working so far- first thing I noticed was that Week Planners now default to OR instead of AND... that's good. Makes it less confusing as to which one to use out of the box.

So, it appears as though my DB was corrupt.

Thanks for all the help.

Good to hear it works now.
