Remote access into Intuity using ASA

You know what.... nevermind. I'm pretty mechanically and technically inclined. I can change a tire and an alternator for that matter. I can probably find my way around the phone system but thought I would see if I could get a quick answer here while I worked on other things and cut down on the...

Remote access into Intuity using ASA

Hello, Got a system here that from time to time gets cranky and no longer wants to let me in via a network connection. I can ping it, but that's about it. I'm still learning the ropes with it and need some guidance on what I need to check or reset or what. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Display for 302C Attendant Console

So there should be a power supply? I have looked high and low for one. Even back at the old location. So if there was one, it seems to have disappeared. 48 volts on pins 7 and 8? Not clear on that. Is that for 2 pair? Thanks for the quick responses.

    Display for 302C Attendant Console

Our attendant console was moved over the weekend and we seemed to have lost the display. Everything else with the phone is working. I wasn't here for the move so I'm not sure what changed. It's most likely something simple right? Does it require a power supply? Is there a hidden button? Please...

    Auto Answer via LoudSpeaker

How does one instruct a remote user to take this off of their phone? I am not familiar with this feature but have been tasked with walking a new receptionist through it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Remote access

It is one of our other locations but it's a standalone PBX. I do need my number to stay the same. I'm not sure I know enough about it to explain it. Sorry I'm trying to learn the system.

    Remote access

(I hope this makes sense) I need to set up my phone (Avaya 6408D+) to act as though it's really at another site so that I can call into yet another site. I know there is a way to do this and I'm not even sure if it's called remote access. Help?

    Forwarding calls offsite

Thanks for the response TouchTone. Do the programming codes vary from version to version or are they pretty much the same? And for forwarding is it *32? Can you kind of walk me through that? Your help is much appreciated.

    Forwarding calls offsite

Hello, I'm trying to forward our main number to another number (outside) during lunch and haven't the foggiest how to do this. Previous telecom support guy keeps mentioning that we need to call ATT and have the line enabled to do this? Does that sound right? Thanks
