in that kind of situation, i suggest you to use samba in your linux machine, so you can access your linux fs directly from your windows machine without installing nfs client.

As simple as this:
SiteA(192.168.1.x)<--CiscoRouter<--FiberDriver----FiberLine----Fiber Driver-->CiscoRouter-->SiteB(192.168.2.x).
You will only need FastEthernet Interface on both CiscoRouters.

ulimit is set to unlimited. Any other ideas?
core file size (blocks) 0
data seg size (kbytes) unlimited
file size (blocks) unlimited
max locked memory (kbytes) unlimited
max memory size (kbytes) unlimited
open files 1024
pipe size (512 bytes) 8
stack...
Its simple question, but has long answer :)
1. Begin with addressing.
Try to start groupin each floor then assign each group a subnet. Plus one subnet for all of your server.
====
Divide to few small subnet simplify maintenance in the future.
====
Put one 24 ports 10/100 HUB on each floor, to...
try:
#ulimit -a
check the value of file "size (blocks)"
then adjust the size to any number you want using:
#ulimit -f size ini kBytes
-anand

1751 comes with FastEthernet port.
So all you need to do is configure trunk line on that router's FastEthernet interface and put a cisco switch that support trunk between your new router and the existing switch(Main Switch).
So the new configuration would be like this...
I think it wasn't a good idea to put NAT inside u r router because it chews up a lot router's CPU proccess, I suggest u to use simple iptables rules on another linux box which act as NAT server for those 50 clients. regards,

If you use ppp encapsulation, and wanna find out who is currently logging in, use "debug ppp authentication" and "show logging" command to view the log.
