Two websites I've been checking for weeks, both can't be found suddenly. I have had friends check, and they load them OK. I have switched to a different computer and still not had success, using my same ISP (BT Connect). BT themselves can't explain it, and the sites load fine for them.
I switch to a different (dial-up) ISP, and the sites load up fine!!
I know it's not a computer issue, because I've tried with both my desktop (G4 Mac), and my laptop (Powerbook) and it doesn't work with either. It is so frustrating because these sites have worked fine in the past. and are the websites incidentally.

could you ping/trace those domains from your pc?

Hi - I discovered that the two sites I could no longer load, were both hosted by the same server! The company who ran the server, (whose own web site I also couldn't get to load) suggested I put the DNS server numbers of Wannado, and try that. Previously I had that field empty as advised by BT, my ISP. You know what - it worked!!
