client symposium 4.2 cannot connect to server when trying to access sympoisum. error Unable to retrive system information from the server

under Lic Mgr, showed counts and LM_NET_VOAN was 100 and isssued was 100....checked lm_log and max license issued message. GHuess that was the issue not enough licenses.

i ran one from server pointing ot network drive. Now when I go into client to schedule, device name is PrimaryServertape...will it use to network path I enterred from server?
On the Symposium client, under System Admin\Server Backup device name...what is "PrimaryServerTape" pointed to? is there a way I can change the location? It's scheduled but not sure where if on the server itself?
I have the same issue on a Win2k machine and only one have issue. Reinstalling the SOAP client didn't work. where do i check FQDN settings on machien? also DNS settings for symposium server?
