Has anyone successfuly configured a VPN phone to work with this router, and if so, what settings did you use? i.e. Generic PSK. I looked on the Marketing Tools website and this is not on the list of supported routers. Any help would be appreciated.
No, I have not. There is no password currently for the local login to the machine, it shows that I am connected locally, but none of the default call flows are displayed.

cannot launch VM Pro client software, voicemail is running, if I dial *17 it answers, but cannot open the GUI.
The error I get is
Access to the path "C:\Program Files\IP Office]Voicemail Pro \Offline_VMData.mdb" is denied.

Trying to assign a phantom DN to a button, i.e. ##500, in program 39, but the system is not letting me add the second # sign. Has anyone run into this problem before, and do you know the fix.
I want to configure my doorphone to ring to multiple extensions, what is the best way to accomplish this? Already set it to ring to a hunt group, but the customer did not like that the system automatically assigned a button to the phones in this hunt group, can that button be removed?
I am trying to add a 2nd CAP module to a DN. I am unable to get the system to recognize the 2nd module i.e CAP. I have tested the CAP individually and it is a working unit. I have the DN in system programming set as having a CAP assigned to it. Is there something I am missing?
