But make sure you get all the customers information on what they want there phones to be able to do. there are also expansion slots for this systems as well. so if the BCM50 alone is not enough you can add slots.ok.     Hey No problem BCM are actually more simple then the Norstar so it should be easier for you actually :) Not sure on the documentation but the system its self is very simple you use Business Element Manager to set things up instead of having to do auto attendant and what not on the phone its self...

    Yes its possible I have quite a few companys that have more than one company in the building that they are in the same office. You should even be able to use one BCM DEPENDING on how many phone you need and the call center and all that. Find out first all the details of what the customer wants...

    I think if I remember right you have to shut Java off. If you update Java to the newest version it will have conflict with Element Manager I had it happen to a customer he couldn't get anything to work right he downgraded his version and now works great Try That
