Recently, I had the EXACT issue you have described here.
I tried replacing every component, including the power supply.
It was a Foxconn mobo...it just died on the spot while reading a google page.
The warranty replacment arrived today~!

You might also try removing and re-seating the memory modules.
I run across this type of issue a lot with laptops. Most of the time, these mysterious sudden reboots cease once the modules are reseated. Back in the day, this was called 'chip creep.'
