We have 2 Clariion CX310's using Mirrorview/A and the LUN's in the one consistency group are "administratively fractured". I have created a test LUN today and it is not part of a consistency group and that LUN/Remote Mirror is synchronized.

Yes. I figured out what the problem was. I didn't have a base extension setup. I didn't think that was the case because the phones were working just fine.
I have a few IP phones (9608, 5621) that I cannot log in to. When I boot up the 9608 IP phone and try to log in it says " Discovering xx.xx.xx.xx, authentication error". When I try to log into the 5621 IP phone I get an "extension error". I don't understand what is going on with the phones...

For some strange reason we are finding that all of our voicemails and greetings have been deleted. We did not remove any settings on the system. All we did was add an extension and add a user to a hunt group.

The voicemail system is set to voicemail lite/pro. Now on the voicemail pro client under system preferences the "Default telephone interface" is set to Intuity rather then IP office.
