She is the only one answering phones/directing callers to voicemail. All of the users are programmed on the DSS. Sometimes when she just presses the user button on the DSS it works and sometimes it does not. I will have someone else try to send someone to voicemail to see if they can do it.

I Have a customer that is wondering if there is any way (aside from installing MOH)to eliminate the "beeping" noise that is heard when a call is placed on Park in the IP500. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks in advance
