    I don't think she is completing this with a transfer at the end. I believe she just hangs up.

    She is the only one answering phones/directing callers to voicemail. All of the users are programmed on the DSS. Sometimes when she just presses the user button on the DSS it works and sometimes it does not. I will have someone else try to send someone to voicemail to see if they can do it.

    We have a customer with a Kentrox Q2300 router with 30 VPN Phones. This is on a 406V2 (4.1.12). Some of the phones work intermitently. At one location they have 3 phones and 1 phone will say "incompatible". Has anyone seen this before?? If so what could be causing this? Thanks in advance...
