We switched providers and changed from T-1 to PRI. We are now getting sporadic issues. We upgraded from 1.0 to 4.1 to support the PRI.
The Norstar is getting error 42-1 calls are coming in but no outbound. Yesterday calls were intermittenly dropping.
Does anyone know of a good Wallboard service to Use with the BCM400 CallCenter? I have looked at the Symon and Itel and can not decide which would be a better solution.
We would already have this phone restricted for 9-1-1. so that is not an issue.
I think dedicating a trunk and route for the courtesy phone is not feasible. I have found a viking product (TR-1) that can set a timer for phones.
Is there a way to set up a phone on the CS1000 PBX to disconnect or giove a disconnect warning tone after a caller has been on the call for a determinate amount of time?
We are getting ready to change the Octel 350 out to a Call Pilot and want to be able to pull the information from the Octel, example: Mailboxes, Types, COS, Names etc.
I noticed this thread talking about gathering information from an OCTEL 250 Aria. Can anyone help me get this information. All the CD's we have are long gone.
