Shoretel is a really good,solid IP solution. Easy to install and maintain. 8.1 opens up to 3rd party phones and other mobile goodies as well.

If you do use Q-sig,you must make sure the PRT card is the right rev. as well.Older trunk cards won't do Q-sig.

Sound like you may have had lightning damage.It may have damaged the serial port in the MAT pc.Try moving to the modem port on the I/O card and connect to MAT.

They are using trunk paging and amp ext. speakers,etc.I can check to make sure all phones are on hook.If not?

I have a customer that has "all call paging" programmed on a key for paging.when they press that button it says "no free line" in the display.This was a working feature and has since stopped.I have little experience on Nortel systems so any help is appreciated.Thanks.

I'm installing a partner w/R7.0and partner messaging.I haven't had much setup of VM on the partner.After X amount of rings how do I get C.O. calls to go to the auto attendant? I think its line coverage but not sure?Any ideas.
