to put the tape where it belongs

I am running NW 7.2.2 JUMBO on Windows 2003 and ran in to an issue in the middle of backups last night. All groups started on time, and some groups partially finished, but in the end all failed.
The error I get for all clients in all failed groups is:

I am running NetWorker 7.3.2 in a Windows environment.
When looking at the Events in the Management Console I have a few that are old and need to be dismissed, but when i right click and select dismiss nothing happens.
Is there a way to clear this event log out through the command prompt?
