Mut - As JP and AM suggested, assign an MIK and MCK key to your phone and try to light the lamps manually from your phone (or someone's phone). If that works, then you've isolated the issue to the Octel interface. You state that the lamps light during a ring cycle. Are you using analog sets, or...- Maurice404

Forwarding calls from console
Colonel - That feature is what's called Attendant overflow, and it's a feature you have to purchase. It's set-up in LD 15 (CDB) and is not hard to do. I haven't used it in a while, but the docs are pretty straight forward on it. It's covered fairly well in the Features and Services doc 1- Maurice404

Callpilot Backup Question
