Oh great ones... I recently started presenting info using the idle set display feature (oh cs1k 5.5)anywho .. no problem it displays on 3900 series sets but not 2000 series sets. I thought for sure in my aged brain it displayed on 2000 series sets in the past. Yes checked sets cls for correct...
Something I did was to set up a distribution list in outlook and in call pilot turned on the forwarding to a mailbox. Not sure if this will fit your scenerio, but it worked for me. Fax DN to CP shared mailbox that forwards the message to a DL in outlook. All users in the DL get the fax in...

RS528 Thanks for the information, I will check that out. I will be surprised if this is the solution only because it is not that the light isn't working through the day. They will get other messages and then later get a message stamped earlier in the day. Just like senk1S mentioned. I also...
This has come up a few times - users claiming delay in their voice mail delivery. Check voice mail in morning - no messages (no mwi) - afternoon they have messages with the time stamp stating received in the morning. Thoughts? Ah CP is 4.0
CDP customer dialling plan is in load 87. Using this method allows you to direct a number or range of numbers over a route. I also gives you the flexibility of deleting or inserting digits, using the digit manipulation tables.
I want to make sure I understand the traffic before making a suggestion. The users of the option 81 will have to dial 7 digits to call the phone number to them. You have users on the Avaya system who you want to continue to use 4 digits when calling over the tie to users on the 81?
If this is...
I agree sounds like the carrier - most carriers block 900 numbers - go right on one of the trunks through the maintenance set and try to place the call - if you still get the same responce call your carrier
In the users mailbox you can specify the revert dn. Or simply enter 0 if 0 = the attendant in your switch. This also needs to be in your RPL for on switch calling
