We have been experiencing frequent downtimes for the LAN connection of the MEDPRO. Since the activation of the IP Phones last week, we already have encountered 4 random downtimes.

Thanks for the reply! But our seniors engineer told that it is not possible to upgrade from CM 2.2.2 to CM 3.1.2 using the web maintenance "manage software"? And the only way to upgrade the CM to 3.1.2 is by re-mastering the S8300 server.
