So the phone number will no longer reside in the original CO? How can TWC handle all the different prefixes? I realize it' VOIP but I guess I'm stuck in Tip and Ring days. Where can I find a good primer on VOIP?

Trying to add an extension to a norstar system. ALL buttons come up with line 1, the top programmable buttons, the release button and the feature all give me dial tone. Put set on another line works OK. ext 240 and 241 act the same way. Tried copy set to no avail.
Still fails, run light on mail card blinks slowly. Kinda thought it was a bad card, will call vendor in the AM. Got a customer with this setup, needs help, trying to match system.

Changed batteries last week and set backup to automatic. Getting "backup failed - insert bu card" never had one. Manual BU also fails. #124 1-2-3 0 all beep error.

I have built HG before as I have build night services.
I know it'll be something simple.
I built a dial page button on a 2420 tel set using group 200 as the destination. Group 200 is used for the night service. When nights is on the page does not work. Tried to create another group that looks like group 200 but cannot add extensions to it. Help please.
While working on a customer report of noisy lines I encountered something odd.
