Old PRI I.421
It will be either a DASS2 connection or DPNSS, BT did not supply I.421\Q.931 as a75ohm termination. I.421 relates to the interface and not the L3 protocol runninng on the circuit so using the balun will only swap the impedance to 120ohm.
