    just added a esi card, i don't have software for vms, can the vms be access by dtmf to add subscribers?

    customer ordered esi card . how do i put it in

    I am also new to NEC but I just did the same install today. You can use slots 3-7. Then go to card slot assignment programming LK7 LK1. If the MDF was alreadly punched down then follow the install guide for each pair to the phone.
