    Non-caller id calls now rejected

    Have a Norstar 2 x 32 with PRI. Had to reset system to clear some one-way audio issues. Now, calls that come in with no caller id "blips" once on the phone with the targeted DID and the caller gets a fast busy. Calls coming in WITH caller id are fine. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

    "Normal Clearing" on incoming calls

    Anyone have any ideas on this? I have a 400 at 4.0 with all 7316E's. Several calls throughout the day ring in and when answered by attendant, no one is there and the display reads "Normal Clearing". Seems to coincide with "Mandantory information element missing " in D-Channel signalling...
