2250 Console - digits

We have done away with account codes in the switch and went to AT & T account codes. I changed the NCOS on the console to open it up. Operator can now dial the number, get the AT & T account code recording stating to "enter your account code now". Problem is, after the second digit of the account code is entered, console gets a fast busy.

Any ideas??

in LD15, under ATT, is eest set to yes?

Yes. eest=yes dtmf=no

None of those. The console thinks you want to transfer.

You need to add an "EES" Key on the console to enter digits that are not intended as "transfer to" digits.
