The recording still has to be transferred to the recording library from the UC module to be processed , stored and associated with the cradle to grave details.
I just need to reverse the Samba installation process but haven't been able to work it out.

I look after an IP500 on 10.1 with a UC110 module which has been using Xima Chronicall on version 3 for a while with no real problems.
I upgraded the Chronicall to version 4 and the UC110 no longer sends the voice recordings to the sftp server.
I can putty in and test the sftp connection and...

I have installed quite a few IP 500s but this is the first time I've ever seen so many 100%
entries.
I have also seen entries for the H.323 extns many times with no complaints.
I will check out DiffServ settings.

I have recently installed an IP Office 500 V2 using SIP lines.
It is on 10.0.4.0.0 build 74.
System Status is showing regular packet loss entries of 100% on the SIP line but no customers are complaining.
If I look at the CDR package the relevant calls are not being displayed.

Just went through this process. Tried using Manager / Security Settings and it would not work. Went in via Web Manager and regenerated. All solved.
I have used a 3rd party certificate on another site and followed the guidelines as per ipo_security_guidelines
and still had a lot of difficulty...

Yes they are using the app to dial the *30 but after it is answered ** doesn't work ( I've been told it's because the call hasn't come via call twinning ) and key pad that is available is the cell keypad.

I have a customer who has several cell phone only One X users ( No desk phones ).
When they are in the office they are using *30 to answer incoming calls but cannot transfer.
Twinned incoming works OK using **.
Can anyone suggest a method for getting this to work.

Also to save VM greetings and AA announcements go to embedded file management Dynamic / LVM and download files to your PC then swap card and upload to new card and do a reboot to load the greetings.
