    Hi Tlpeter, Yes they are using the app to dial the *30 but after it is answered ** doesn't work ( I've been told it's because the call hasn't come via call twinning ) and key pad that is available is the cell keypad. Pete

    Comparison of Avaya IPO to Nortel BCM

    In my opinion the IPO is a better system. It is easier (and quicker) to programme and works better especially for analogue phone users.
