Ok she did it again and sure enough it rebooted. She is calling an automated number and punching in a series of random digits and # signs. This seems to cause the system to reboot! Any ideas as to why or how to stop it? Maybe there is a system variable somewhere that holds the numbers...
Also, regarding the Agent phones that log on mysteriously. Well I discovered today that it only happens after one of these sudden reboots. Why would this happen?

Thank you all for your responses. We are running 4.0.5. I'll try 4.0.7 and see if it goes away. Yes, we do page 5400 series phones but I've never noticed a reboot afterwards. I setup logging to txt files with the sysmonitor. Hopefully I'll be able to catch was is causing it. If I figure it...

Actually I just discovered that the user must be a "Domain Administrator" now in order for the IMS client to connect. If you are a domain admin you don't even see the logon window, if you are not a domain admin you will see the window and it doesn't matter what user name and password you enter...

Thank you so much for your posts! We ended up solving this in a differnt mannor. We just added a silent wav file after the first message and then repeated our original message right after it in the "Entry Prompts" tab. So we have a total of 3 wav files playing for each menu...
