I need to integrate the ICM (version 5) with the Verint Impact 360 recording.
What do I need to create in the ICM to send info about number of agents logged and other info to the Verint software?
Does this work with CTI?

Hi all,
Mitel 3300, 7.1 system.
I need to have incoming call to, let's say, 3000, if no one answers for 20 seconds it must ring in 3001 and so on until it gets to 3006 ,then back to 3000 and start all again.
How can I do this, if it's possible.

I solved this changing a option in the SIP authentication. My SIP provider changed the way they did the authentication and the system stop to authenticate, changing that option allow everything to work again.

I have a 3300 with 7.1 and SIP configured, I can see in the logs that the 3300 can talk with the SIP Proxy and register but when I place a call I get:
Log Type: Maintenance
Log Number: 4830
Severity: Warning
Date: 2007/Mar/22
Time: 12:06:10
Source: SIP_SSM_APP...
I have a 3300 with 7.1 and I'm having problems with the MoH, some calls have a very bad MoH sound (when they are on hold) and others have normal MoH.
Is there any thing I can check to solve this?
