If (in IA) you have performed "add subscriber 1234" and built the mailbox for corresponding PBX extension 1234 it should work.
Perhaps test the new mailbox by logging into it and seeing if it prompts you to perform a new IA user setup for creating the new Audix password & recording your name??
IA cannot forward voice mails without being directed to an extension having a coresponding voice mailbox built for it.
