"Migrate" shares to cluster by scripting

We have 250 file shares on a fileserver, which is now clustered. But to get these to fail over with the server, they have to be defined in clusteradmin. I've read a MS KB about this with the aid of cluster.exe, but the terms used were a bit vague, so I was wondering if anybody had any experience...

    [BE10] Backup-to-disk speeds

It's mainly different sorts of documents, which all vary in size. So it's not many large files. However, the ftp portion from the first post went fast. I tested again today with pure copy from a share on the fileserver and onto the backupservers disk. The speed were as poor as the BE...

    [BE10] Backup-to-disk speeds

I recently got a new backupserver with BE10, and a large RAID5. I'm currently setting it up/testing, but to my big concern, I only get around 300-400MB/sec when running a backup-to-disk job between the backupserver and my fileserver. Almost every night it bluescreens. It makes the Oracle server cranky, since it's not being shut down properly. (And...

    PcAnywhere 10.0 and Arcserver 2000

I have a problem that is similar, but instead of using PC Anywhere, I use VNC. When I exit the VNC session, Arcserve crashes on the (WinNT 4) server. (Gives me a Dr Watson) I haven't found out what this is, but it sure is annoying.

    Arcserve 2000 throughput problem

Hi, I'm running Arcserve 2000 on a Windows NT 4 Server SP6, hooked up to a StorageTek L40. Arcserve 2000 is patched with the latest of everything. The problem is that I achieve very different throughput here. The network here is 100mBit to all users, 1000mBits between switches, and 2500mBits...
