i have a ip office that was at a 3.0.44 that communicated through an IP trunk to a Cisco Call Manager. it worked fine until i upgraded them to 4.0.14

What i need to be able to do is queue hunt group calls. the work around i found out was to use voice mail pro as the primary and do a forward on no answer and busy for the users to go to the pilot for the object world. if you have something better let me know, but i believe it was Ed from object...
you should also check your services to see how your inter-acting with it locally or with a specific account. also i would make sure you have the voice mail DB service running.
