Have you tried to record from more than 1 phone? could be a bad handset. I have also seen this issue when a port on the VM goes bad, you could try to call each port individually to narrow down which port it is. Hope this helps
Just curious if you guys know how to do this, I don't remember the code, but I remember that there is one that you can dial to manually pick up each trunk individually from any phone for example *3xxxxxrx 803 would pick up 803.

You could put extensions 10, 14, and 25 into calling group 2 (# 502) and have the 0 out go to group 72, however it would ring until somebody picks up, callers would not get voicemail.

Sandmans work well they have the pull string in them for easy terminations - I don't thing graybars do - and he usually cuts a deal for quantity or sends a coupon for next order
I get them from www.sandman.com - they have an online catalog but if you just call and descrtibe what your looking for the people on the phone are knowledgable and will get you the right ones.
I have a customer with an old merlin 820 - and they would like to have a loud ringer / or buzzer of some sort installed to ring with an extension in the warehouse - I didn't think it could be done but I'm sure if it can one of you guys would know how.

To put the phones in calling group 1 and make Intercom * 70 work From ext 10 or 11 press feature 0 0, left intercom key 2 times, # 502, 1, (Extension #) - then 1 to assign
You should just press Intercom 70 - This will work.
Intercom * 70 pages the speaker and all phones, if no phones are assigned into callinig group 1 Intercom *70 doesn,t work
