Can a Partner ACS R7 Transfer off premise?

Yes, either with Centrex lines and a Flash button, or using the Remote Call Forward feature to forward a specific extension to a specific outside number, and utilizing 2 lines at a time to do a "conference". Centrex is better, because it releases the line for use at your end, and the call is amplified through the central office, but the RCF can be used with an auto attendant that doesn't include Centrex Transfer feature.

If you just need to have someone occasionally transfer a call to someone outside have them press conference, call the person you wish to transfer to, press conference again, then press hold. this leaves the other two party's connected.
