I'm assuming you mean that you want to be dialed into the PBX and MMail at the same time, and switch back and forth. You would need two analog lines from your PC to do that. Do you have two modems in your PC?

Well, the easiest way to tell whether they TERMINATE at the PBX is to physically trace the cross-connect wires. If they originate on the carrier frame, and terminate on an analog port OR a trunk port on the PBX, well then there you are. They terminate at the PBX.
At the LAPW prompt, type in 'X' and the number of the LAPW that you want to delete/remove. This should take care of it. Remember, you need the second level password to do this.

As far as I know, what you're looking for is not possible in your current configuration. You might look at some E911 vendors to see if they have any solutions. My guess is that you cannot do it, but that's only a guess.
Are they truly POTS lines, or simply analog lines out of the PBX? Are you talking about OPX lines? If you post some more information, I might be able to assist.
