Hyper Terminal

I have setup a Hyper Terminal connection to our Option 61c and can work with the switch. Is there a way to switch over to Meridian Mail and back again?

I'm assuming you mean that you want to be dialed into the PBX and MMail at the same time, and switch back and forth. You would need two analog lines from your PC to do that. Do you have two modems in your PC?

if it's an opt 11, yes with the ax prompt.. if your dialing into a seb then connect the second port to mail.. otherwise the second modem/line is a must..

If its an opt 11. johnpoole is right ax will get you to Mer. mail screen and by pressing Ctrl ] together will return you to the Opt. 11 screen.

Do you have an SEB modem on your opt 61, you might be able to switch ports from your switch to your mail system on the same connection if it has 2 outputs?

Are you dialing in or direcly connected to a tty port
off of your COM1? Are you sure this a 61c?
