    In order to have a device send an SNMP trap i have to assign a device to an SNMP Profile. I programmed the SNMP Profiles and assiged the Callserver to that profile but in the list of Devices there is no Sigserver listed. How can i add my sigservers to the SNMP Distibution list? Chris

    That is correct, it works as it was designed. You call user A, the phone A rings, You call user B, the phone B rings. 1) Callforward A to B 2) be sure B can hear the A's phone otherwise B can NEVER know that A's phone is ringing.

    My advice is: Build a new Phone useing the NEW command. If you want to copy the Phone: 1) Be sure the ACD phone is logged-out 2) If you are using Symposium, deacuire the TN 3) OUT the ACD key 0 4) COPY the phone to the new TN 5) CHG the ACD key 0 back again 6) Acuire the TN 7) Loginn the ACD...

    So, you ARE copying a ACD phone. please don't. Build it with NEW. The ACD posID is the ID on Key 0. In youre case 711338. This number should be unique. look at LD 20, PRT, LUDN for any free number. eg 71 + youre new DN to add as a SCR on TN 152 0 0 3. Chris
