One of two ways I know to support faxing:
1. Multi-Tech VOIPs support T.38 and you can just plug the fax machine into the back of their box.
2. They also have a fax server that works with the SX & 3300

I have found a fax server that has been working great with our Shoretel system. I have been using the multi-tech faxfinder and I love it, it was the best unit on the market for the price and it was very easy to setup.
