I have a strange problem and hope anyone can help me.
Situation:
System running on S8720 CM 4.0
3 sites (lets say A,B and C)
C site is a callcenter the other are office only.
Agents in site C have multiple skills assigned.
Agents are set to auto answer:acd
Calls coming in from site A...

But when the Wrong-set type is in the display, no key will respond.
It is locked.
@ customcracka,
I do not now the ip-adress of all +/- 400 stations.
Thats why we use DHCP.
It is not an option to change every ip-station to a static IP address.

But when i unplug the phone and plug it back in it will give me no change to press the *.
It will go to wrong set type instantly.

Yes, again a "wrong set type" problem.
I looked in previous threads but no luck so far.
My problem is that de client type's a wrong station id on a IP phone 46xx.
The station id could be set in de CM as a analog or xmobile.
This wil give a wrong set type on the display.

Stations 601 and 602 has button 6 programmed as bdrg-appr 600
When i do a list usage extension 600 it shows:

If you call station 1010 it will stay looking at the coverage path of station 1010.
It will not look at the coverage of station 1004.
If this should be the way for ever, than change the coverage path for station 1010.

Hi All,
I have 2 stations (46XX) both logt off.
The status stations shows both out-of-service.
When i call the first one it will give me a fast busy tone.
This will tell me it is not loged in.
If i call the other station it will simply give me a 'normal' busy tone.
Wich tells me it should be...
What are the rights of this user?
The user must have local rights for writing to the C: drive.
Softconsole needs to put his config file anywhere the user has writing permission.
This can be than local or on a server.
If u want to put this on a server change the settings of the softconsole...

How many 'Call App' buttons are there on that station.
If there are 3 change it to 2.
The down site is that if you are on the phone, for internal calls you get a busy tone.
