Have a Bcm 400 rel 3.7 connected to a bcm50 and randomly getting 1 way audio on the sets. It seems to bounce around on the voip trunks the failures are random. Have the june smart update patched on the 50 and the latest feps patch on the 400. Has anyone come across this issue thanks in advance.

I sm sure they are analog polycoms. I can take an analog loop start trunk out of the switch and wire it out to the polycom and it sounds fine.

have a bcm 50 just went to install a couple of polycom units. when i just plug in an analog trunk line the polycoms sound fine when i plug in an analog station i get static. Does anyone know of a patch out there for this. thanks in advance.
