I have a CM with SES 5.2 direct SIP integration to Microsoft LYNC.
When a PBX user calls a LYNC client there is no ring back. When a LYNC user calls a PBX user there is ring back.
There was a known issue with 4.x call manager to OCS and no ring back and was addressed with 5.x.
Is there a...
Sorry about that.
605 is a CDP entry as a DSC
I am looking to have this 500 station forward to that CDP on all calls.
Tried going the ACD route but it will not take the called info for the application on the other end.
Have a mixed mode
Enterprise voice only
and RCC users with pbx integration.
calls are processing out with Audio
but inbound has no audio stream.
any ideas?
Trying to program a 500 station to forward to a cdp or 605
have hunt set to 605
but would like to have it forward before hunting so i tried
chg
type 500
tn x x x x
ftr cfw 4 605
and get and error code
sch0355
i thought you could hard forward from programming and not the set itself.
Thoughts?

Its when i call that user that has forwarded their number to the CDP is when it fails...silence.
It fails when xfering to the CDP number. However i can call the CDP number from any station and get there. I just cannot transfer a internal DN to it.
Does that help?
I am trying to forward a SCR DN from the users Nortel set to a CDP (this is used to route to third party via QSIG). It does not work forwarding to the CDP. I can forward to the outside and use the DID of the CDP but would rather not do it that way. Am i missing something?
