I am not sure about FP now, last used it many many years ago but it used to be that you could not just change a page and ftp it to the server because it broke the code - might be worth checking what version of FP the site was built in.
Hi qb828,
Did you find a solution to this?
We have a similar problem, a central database and then "sub-copies" (based on the clients belonging to the salesman) on laptops across the world, literally.
The idea is that the salesmens databases are emailed back to base on a periodic basis and the...
Alternatively make the browser the active window and hit 'ALT' + 'PRINT SCREEN' this puts the image on the clipboard and you can paste it into a graphics tool for printing (or a word processing / dtp application).

Hi Wullie,
Sorry, I meant that I could set the page width to fit an 800 pixel screen (and maybe centre it if the screen is wider then 800).
I agree about tiling, and as the site is only about 10-12 pages it might be easiest to create a background for each page (as long as I know the length -...
Hi Wullie,
This is what I was thinking, all I suspect I can do is to force the screen width to fit an 800 x 600 screen and then have different backgrounds for each page depending on the length.
Of course, if I could convince the client not to have this background it would be easier, the...
Hi,
I have a client who is insisting on a vertical gradient background (from white to blue down the page).
Even with tiling the image horizontally I can see that there is going to be a problem with this on different screen sizes, can anyone think of a solution ? I don't really want to have to...
1. Create a table (single row/column) with width=100%. Horizontally align the table contents as "center"
2. Create a new table with this with fixed width (of say 650
pixels).
3. Place your centents in the innermost table.

Hi Missplume,
To quote the Microsoft "Inside Dynamic HTML" book :-
"The onload event fires when the entire document is parsed and all elements are loaded."
Hope this helps explain what is happening.

Sorry, my mistake.
You can find this in the properties window :-
Windows --> proerties (or Ctl/F3)
Clink on the text box and you get the properties, you cna change the name etc in there.

Does this work? I thought that the font had to be on the client.
If LoOnMaGiCaL is previewing then the whole thing is probably working on his pc/mac and not on a server.
Hi Calista,
Sorry, it works when clicking on the Favorites manu entry as you say. I was clicking on the Favorites button (between 'Search' and 'History'). True to MS standards the rightmouse menu doesn't have a sort by entry.
Cheers

I would guess in that case that you need to sort your array into another order (maybe by a 'count') so that your new array is in the order that you want.
Sorry I can't be more specific - I know how to do this using Cache or 'M technology' (my background), and it would be easy to do but I'd have...
