    I'm using IP Office v4.0.5 and DeltaServer v5.2.9. I hadn't thought of the .csv part. When I opened the SMDR file in a text editor, it still displays '1899/12/30 00:00:00'.

    We're using CRM 3.0. When I go to Contact, then to History under Details, it lists the Actual End field. However, it only lists the date, even though ActualEnd is a datetime field. Is there any way to get it to display the date and the time?
