I had to reinstall Photoshop ... It works now. How odd ? I noticed it wasn't scanning the plugin directory upon closer inspection... Thanks for the help. :)

Unfortunately I've tried all those things... Still wont show up... I've also noticed I did not get that menu where it is supposed to let me select Photoshop. Hmm. I seem to be the only person in the world with this problem. :P
