Wayne wouldn't that also be true of the extrernal call dialing thru the system to the same extension that doesn't get the forward to voice mail when called by an internal set. I have lots of phones that don'r have a forward to aextension that representsa the vm..it still gets there

MICS 6.1 50 sets ext 295 revieves emails left from external calls dial the same extrension internally it just rings and never goes to voicemail

I have a BCM50 on a network the router has DHCP...if I have to disable one...can it be done on BCM50...oir does it deactivate itself?

Dasheen thanks for the question This is a BCM50 with 4 lines and 8 extensions,& 4 VM The lines all have dial tone on the Butt phone...all are cross connected to pins 1,2,3 & 4 respectively on the 1A comb that is the only J12 on the system....no extra modules....I can get into the system with...

BCM 50 installed all sets showing...lines show in element mgr as appear and ring...phone shopw lines on Feature *0 No dial tone

If I call in on a line I get the AA fine...then while tying up those lines...I call in while first call is on AA I get AA.... If I call in on e one line and then call in on a second...before the first call gets to AA...I get GD immediately on the second answered call?

thread1361-1135316 We had emails going from Call Pilot to our Blackberrieds. The cALL pILOT DIED AND WE ARE SETTING UP A NEW ONE. I will post the new infromation on how it works with instructions next week
