Cannot leave VM internally to one extension 1

50 sets

ext 295 revieves emails left from external calls

dial the same extrension internally it just rings and never goes to voicemail

Check fwd na, should go to vm ext.

Wayne wouldn't that also be true of the extrernal call dialing thru the system to the same extension that doesn't get the forward to voice mail when called by an internal set.

I have lots of phones that don'r have a forward to aextension that representsa the vm..it still gets there

I don't know, I have always found that if you do not forward to vm no answer, it will not go there. That's what I would try.

Check Prime lines and DRT's DN, they might be set to vmails DN.

Old trick to get sets to go to vmail on external calls without using FNA setting.
