thanx yy and john p. You have the situation exactly. If the tn is not a phantom is john poole's reccomendation the only way? The folks around here are telling me there is means of forwarding a non-phantom tn in software but they can't remember what it is.
I'm trying to forward a 500 tn (broken fax machine) to another 500 tn (working fax machine). When I place the cfw 4 on the 1st tn as a feature (ftr cfw 4) I cannot get the 4 digit number of the second (working) tn to "take". Both tn's are in the same building, same 81C. Is there a cls setting...
