How to print or transfer Address Book information
IBM has a nice program called sandbox, go and download and run, just follow instructions, http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/sandbox.nsf/ByDateNJ/c7dbac4064b1319085256b26005090ce?OpenDocument it will export all the fields of your personal address book into an excel spreadsheet. Ed- Centurion54

Lotus Notes User ID File
In addition to his id file, all you need to copy is his names.nsf, dsktop6.ndk or 7 and also look for his local replica (might be in the mail folder in Notesdata and mobile directory, used for mailing offline.- Centurion54
