How to print or transfer Address Book information

I am changing companies and want to retain all my contacts in my address book. Can these files be transferred to a cd or printed out? Thanks.

When in the view, do a File/Export to a worksheet or text file.

IBM has a nice program called sandbox, go and download and run, just follow instructions,

it will export all the fields of your personal address book into an excel spreadsheet.
