Unable to find any qualifying product
when I try to install the 4165xdat and 4165sdat i get the "unable to find any qualifyng product" advice, I have the McAfee Vshield version 4.0.2. I have updated my antivirus before and there were no problems. I hope you can give me any solution thanks.- sixtyseisdedos

Unable to delete a .art file.
I have a lot of ~vm42aa.tmp, ~vm42a8.tmp, etc... files in my C drive, I don't know where they came from and I cannot get rid of them, what for are them? what can I do? sixtyseisdedosX-)- sixtyseisdedos
